Turku National Urban Park
Turku's National Urban Park comprises 15 kilometres of green space, cultural history and the rural landscapes of the River Aura valley. The urban park begins at the living history of Kurala Village and continues through Finland’s oldest city centre out to the oak groves on the island of Ruissalo, all the way to the shores of the Airisto Sea. The national urban park is formed from the heart of Turku – the birthplace for city culture within Finland.
