4Spa Holiday at Caribia
Holiday at the spa! If lounging in the Jacuzzi and splashing in the spa don’t unwind the last knots of stress from your body, then nothing will.
On an autumn break at Caribia, the division of responsibility is clear: adults get to relax whilst kids splash around to their heart’s content. Bounce between the spa and the soft hotel beds until your body and mind are in a blissful daze.
5SuperPark
In the autumn, in addition to refreshing your body and mind at the spa, pop in to SuperPark, the activity centre conveniently located under the same roof as Caribia. SuperPark is perfect whatever the weather, with everything under the same roof. Go jumping on trampolines, climb to the highest heights and challenge friends to a pedal car grand prix. There’s so many exciting ways to have fun and get active.
6Autumn at the Museums
During autumn, the Aboa Vetus & Ars Nova museum exhibitions offer surprises, activities and things to explore for kids every age, from 17th to 20th October.
At the Pharmacy Museum and Qwensel House you’ll find an autumn holiday programme from 17th to 20th October. Among other things, you can expect guided tours, play at the children’s pharmacy as well as the fascinating Instruments of Musical History concert.
The autumn break is also celebrated at Kylämäki Village 17th & 18th October as well as at the Biological Museum, where a workshop on the 19th & 20th October features how to make magical wood pendants.
7A Spot of Shopping
Bored on the sofa at home, it’s raining outside and everyone’s irritated? Well, get out of the house and head for the shops. Browsing round the shops is both entertaining and surprisingly relaxing, especially when you have the time for once.
For example, you can pop into KUI Design, Hansa Shopping Centre, PUF Design Market, or shopping centre Skanssi. Also, Midas Kultasepät has wonderful handmade jewellery and even better service!
8Flowpark
The adventure and amusement park Flowpark offers unbridled fun and active recreation for the whole family. Balance on a tightrope, climb over obstacles and swing from ropes like Tarzan.
Each track is colour-coded according to the different levels, so challenges can be found for climbers of all levels. Also, even the littlest Flowparkers have been taken into account with their own tracks, so no one is left without a great challenge to enjoy.
